Cat Adoption Application

Adoption Requirements

✓ You must be 21 years of age or older.

✓ The adoption fee for cats is $100. The fee covers up-to-date vaccinations, deworming, combo testing, spay/neuter, and a microchip registered to you. Should you want to donate more, it will be gratefully accepted!

✓ A background check may be conducted. This may include a home check, veterinarian check, and personal references.

✓ All of your animals must be spayed/neutered, on monthly heartworm prevention, and up to date on all vaccinations.

✓ You must uphold state laws.

✓ If you rent, a letter from your landlord showing approval may be required.

✓ Cats will not be declawed. Indoor homes only. Indoor/outdoor considered on a case by case basis depending on the cat and location.

✓ You must sign and abide by our adoption contract.

✓ You must agree to provide lots of tender loving care.

✓ Please note that transport can be arranged to anywhere in the U.S.

By submitting this application, I verify that all information above is true and complete. This animal will reside in my home as a pet. I will provide it with quality animal food, plenty of fresh water, indoor shelter, annual physical examination and vaccinations under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian, and unconditional love and affection.
